HR Analyst

Apeiron Sumus  is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical  HR Analyst  to join our Human Capital team.

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting HR data to support strategic decision-making and improve workforce effectiveness.

You’ll work closely with the HR Lead, Leadership Team and cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities : Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, retention, compensation, and employee engagement.

Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports.

Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.

Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify trends and recommend solutions.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems.

Assist in the implementation of HR technologies and process improvements.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.

1+, 2+ years of experience in HR analytics or a similar role.

Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Personal Profile :   Required languages : English.

Educational level :  Bachelor’s degree.

Special conditions or requirements :  Open to work in a global environment with different cultures and languages.

This is an on-site position.
