Job Description Summary The Supply Chain Process and Systems Manager will lead a team focused on global transport frame management and business process excellence. This leader will be accountable for ensuring that transport frames effectively support production and logistics plans, enabling on-time delivery to customers while minimizing costs and inventory levels. Additionally, this individual will oversee business process and data management experts responsible for driving operational excellence and optimizing systems across the supply chain.
Job Description Roles and Responsibilities
Accountable for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global machine head and blade transport frame planning processes and standard work.
Coordinate the lifecycle management of fixtures globally to support factory production and regional logistics plans.
Develop and lead a team of fixture planners responsible for the planning and execution of transport frames in alignment with global standards.
Implement and maintain standard operating rhythms and KPIs.
Generate the annual budget and minimize fixture-related CAPEX and costs by identifying opportunities across the end-to-end process.
Serve as the manufacturing focal point for the development, integration, and governance of a global inventory and tracking system for transport frames.
Lead the Systems and Process Excellence team responsible for inbound logistics planning, master data management, and business process optimization.
Provide expert guidance and leadership on ERP system implementation and settings to better align with and support physical material flows.
Identify opportunities for system enhancements and work toward seamless integration between materials and ERP systems in close coordination with DT.
Develop and implement system solutions that support Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Materials Requirement Planning (MRP), and Capacity & Resource Planning.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
10+ years of experience in manufacturing / supply chain
ERP experience in a manufacturing environment
Desired Characteristics
Experience with Microsoft Axapta (OneLM) and / or RACES ERP
Proven change management capabilities
Experience leading in a cross-functional role or matrixed organization
Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills and systems proficiency

The salary range for this position is $122,600 - $204,000 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus / variable incentive compensation / equity.
