What will your mission be?

To lead the strategy, development, and implementation of digital solutions in the industrial sector, with a special focus on plant digitalization (Smart Factory) and the management of corporate digital applications. You will be responsible for driving digital transformation through the integration of innovative technologies, optimizing processes, and improving operational efficiency.

Main responsibilities :

• Lead industrial digitalization projects, including the deployment of Smart Factory solutions, IT / OT integration, and process and MES system automation.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and propose improvements based on Lean methodologies.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (IT, operations, production, maintenance).
• Participate in ERP integration and migration projects (especially SAP).
• Evaluate new technologies and digital solutions applicable to the industrial environment.
• Act as Project Manager in digital initiatives, planning, executing, and overseeing continuous improvement projects.
