Senior Program Manager

This is a critical role in driving transformational change across the organization. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving measurable impact.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs with strategic relevance. They will possess strong project planning and organizational skills, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the delivery of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving measurable impact
• Ensure full project compliance and proactively resolve issues to maintain stakeholder confidence
• Manage the deployment of resources, monitor project costs and capacity and present variances with clear narratives
• Identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints, escalating when necessary and implementing effective mitigation strategies
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans to foster strong relationships and ensure all voices are heard and considered
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations that support decision-making and long-term planning
