We’re looking for a  Strategy Consultant with strong analytical skills and client orientation to join our team in Madrid. The role combines project management , data analysis , and client engagement throughout the full lifecycle of consulting assignments in the payments industry.

At ARGOZ Consultants, we work with leading financial institutions worldwide , helping them improve profitability by optimizing payment-related fees, from scheme costs (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) to interchange fees and discount rates. We combine strategic consulting, technology, and data science in international projects that deliver measurable results.

Our team has the opportunity to contribute to both consulting projects and the development and deployment of our proprietary SaaS solutions , offering a dynamic and well-rounded professional experience.

&## ; Your role as a Consultant at ARGOZ

Work on high-impact projects with issuers and acquirers across various markets

Conduct profitability and efficiency analyses in complex billing environments

Interact directly with senior-level clients from international financial institutions

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

&## ; What we’re looking for

At least 2 years of experience in strategic, business, or financial consulting

Fluency in English and Spanish

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools such as PowerPoint and Excel, along with at least a basic understanding of SQL

Strong analytical skills, creative problem-solving, and a structured approach to work

Excellent communication abilities and confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders
