In this role, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries and ensure they receive top-notch support. Your journey will begin with an intensive training program designed to equip you with all the knowledge and skills necessary to excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and provide support.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by addressing questions, concerns, and requests promptly.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our systems.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on product offerings and company policies to assist customers effectively.
Requirements and Qualifications
Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.Previous customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are more important.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively while meeting deadlines.Tech-savvy with a good understanding of CRM systems and various communication platforms.Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.Benefits
