Overview

Senior Product Designer to join the Core Identity team at Okta (Spain). You will work on the Core Identity domain, where identity standards and technologies come together to power our product. This is a technically rich space focused on secure, scalable systems and developer-oriented experiences.

Join a distributed and diverse team of designers who see design as craft and catalyst. Our work blends research, validation, and iteration to move the product forward, with designers owning aspects of the product alongside engineering and product management to impact millions of users worldwide.

We are looking for someone energized by complex problems who can translate abstract concepts into experiences developers love.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design of key Core Identity features, collaborating with product, engineering, and research.
• Translate technical identity concepts and API endpoints into intuitive, developer-friendly experiences.
• Explore and validate designs through research, data, and usability testing.
• Create prototypes and design artifacts that clarify direction for cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to design critiques, providing and receiving feedback to raise the bar across the team.
• Help mentor and support other designers, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of feedback.
