Field Support Technician

As a Field Technician at Stefanini, you will play a key role in delivering premium IT support to our users, providing hands-on assistance and ensuring seamless operation of hardware and software across our client sites. What You’ll Do

• Provide face-to-face IT support to end users.
• Install, move, and de-install hardware including PCs, laptops, printers, and scanners.
• Diagnose and resolve personal hardware issues.
• Test system and application changes, prepare scripts in MS Windows 10 / 11 and MS Office 365.
• Support small projects related to new hardware or software installations.
• Install software, patches, and updates using MS SCCM.
• Offer suggestions for improvements and share opinions on new products or services.
