(AHE) integrates the Rotorcraft activities in Spain, participating with other Spanish entities in the Rotatory wing Aircraft Industry. EBSTIF performs design and stress activities across all phases of the product, from specification to customer in-service support : conceptual and detail design, support to production (non-conformity assessment, generation of documentation needed for manufacturing, etc.), support to testing activities, generation of evidences for certification / qualification purposes and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Design helicopter structure components and assemblies that are optimized in terms of weight, cost, performance, production / assembly requirements while ensuring the highest safety of the product using appropriate design tools.
• Verify the compliance of detailed design solutions toward the baseline of validated requirements for a sub-system, equipment, component or module.
• Develop modifications and retrofits within timescales as part of an integrated, multidisciplinary team.
• Adapt design solutions to real helicopter configuration in a brief period of time.
