Service Delivery Excellence
Are you a skilled professional with a passion for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We are seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Manager to lead our Mobile Solutions team in ensuring the successful delivery of telecom solutions and services to clients.
This role requires outstanding customer service and communication skills to support our Operations & Support unit within the Mobile Solutions team. The position reports directly to the Solutions Support Manager, based in Madrid.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for telecom solution delivery;
- Liaise with clients to ensure project requirements and expectations are clearly understood and met;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, R&D, operations, and support to ensure seamless service delivery;
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, and take appropriate action to mitigate them;
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services, including installation, testing, and commissioning of telecom solutions;
- Provide regular status updates to clients, stakeholders, and senior management;
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review project status, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure client satisfaction;
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction;
Manage vendor relationships and third-party suppliers to ensure quality service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor or Master in IT or equivalent valuable experience;Advanced level of English (spoken and written);Minimum of 5 years of experience in a service delivery role within the telecom industry;Proven experience in managing and delivering complex telecom solutions and services;Strong project management skills with experience in creating and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues;Experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives;Knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and regulations related to telecom solutions and services.
