Product Solution Manager

Responsibilities :

• System Design & Engineering : Design advanced self-consumption and hybrid photovoltaic systems, including projects that integrate battery storage or other forms of hybridization. Ensure solutions are technically sound, efficient, and aligned with LONGi’s product portfolio.
• Technical & Financial Feasibility Analysis : Conduct detailed assessments of the technical and economic viability of PV projects, using simulation tools and financial models to support commercial decisions.
• Software Expertise : Use and maintain extensive knowledge of PV design and simulation software (PVsyst, PV
• Sol) to evaluate energy yield, optimize layouts, and support customer proposals.
• Pre- and Post-Sales Support : Provide pre-sales technical support across all markets, working closely with the Sales team on system design, quotation preparation, and client presentations.
• Deliver premium post-sales support to strategic or aligned partners, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
• Training & Public Engagement : Conduct internal and external training sessions to strengthen technical understanding of LONGi products and solutions.
• Represent LONGi in industry webinars, partner events, and conferences as a speaker or technical presenter. The ideal candidate is confident speaking in front of an audience and able to communicate complex topics clearly.

Qualifications :

additional software knowledge (AutoCAD, Helioscope, etc.) is an asset.
