HR Analyst

Apeiron Sumus is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst to join our Human Capital team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting HR data to support strategic decision-making and improve workforce effectiveness. You’ll work closely with the HR Lead, Leadership Team and cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, retention, compensation, and employee engagement
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports
• Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify trends and recommend solutions
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems
• Assist in the implementation of HR technologies and process improvements
