Apeiron Sumus is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst to join our Human Capital team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting HR data to support strategic decision-making and improve workforce effectiveness. You’ll work closely with the HR Lead, Leadership Team and cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, retention, compensation, and employee engagement
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports
- Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify trends and recommend solutions
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems
- Assist in the implementation of HR technologies and process improvements
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field1+, 2+ years of experience in HR analytics or a similar roleStrong proficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plusExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalismPersonal Profile :
