Overview The Senior Product Strategist will play a key strategic role in defining and executing the product roadmap across all categories within the Spanish market. This role will lead the local Product Team and work closely with stakeholders to increase market share, drive profitability, and ensure efficient product lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities Partner with Marketing Directors to define product strategies and annual plans across all categories, aligned with regional business objectives and market share growth.

Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Marketing to define the optimal product mix, supporting both volume and value growth.

Manage and mentor the local Product Specialist team, ensuring strong coordination with Central Product Management teams for category strategy execution, NPI, and stock optimisation.

Take full ownership of a dedicated product category, driving strategic execution and operational efficiency across systems and processes — with best practices to be applied across all categories.

Oversee the full lifecycle of new and existing models, ensuring smooth introductions and timely phase-outs in collaboration with Supply Chain, HQ, and local departments.

Monitor category performance and work with HQ teams on initiatives to improve profitability via cost optimisation and strategic NPI.

Conduct ongoing market research and competitive benchmarking — including price positioning, product features, design trends, and retail placement — via direct dealer interaction and channel analysis.

Deliver compelling product and marketing presentations to dealers and internal stakeholders. Ensure high-quality promotional and digital content is developed in alignment with Iberia Marketing.

Clarify product range positioning and define pricing strategies based on thorough market mapping, competitor intelligence, and retail pricing research (online and in-store).

Manage product data updates in internal systems (e.g., SAP, Teamcenter) and ensure clear internal communication on product changes and availability.

Collaborate with production plants and Central Product teams to ensure project timelines for new products are met.

Act as a point of contact for product-related queries and support dealers with relevant materials by aligning with local marketing (brand, digital, trade).

Requirements Native Spanish speaker with fluent English.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management within the Home Appliances industry (manufacturer, distributor, or retail side).

Strong product and technical knowledge, with a deep understanding of market and dealer dynamics.

Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools relevant to product management.

Strong leadership and project management abilities.

Customer-centric mindset and commercial awareness.

Proactive, agile, and solutions-oriented.

Effective communicator with excellent collaboration and cross-functional skills.

Demonstrated experience in market research, segmentation, and digital channels.
