Who we’re looking for We’re searching for a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. You’ll be part of a growing office that represents the Lucas Fox brand in one of Spain’s most exciting luxury markets. If you’re driven, personable, and love connecting with people, this is your chance to build a name for yourself in the high-end property world.

What you’ll be doing Handle qualified inbound leads — creating real opportunities.

Grow your client base through networking, local outreach, and social media.

Guide clients through the full buying process — from property viewings to negotiation and completion.

Source and list new properties, building strong relationships with homeowners and developers.

Create high-quality listings — from pricing and staging advice to coordinating professional photos and marketing materials.

Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Keep your CRM up to date and manage your pipeline efficiently.

Collaborate with marketing to build your personal brand and online presence.

What we’re looking for

Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

Any additional languages are welcome

Valid EU work authorization and driving license.

Confident communicator with strong people skills and initiative.

Experience in real estate or a similar sales role is a plus.

Strong social media and digital marketing awareness.

Positive, driven, and team-focused — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
