For our brands in Spain : Huxley and Progressive , we are hiring a Contracts Services Consultant. SThree has been operating in Spain since 2017 and has grown rapidly ever since. In order to service our growing population of consultants who are providing services at our clients we are looking to grow our Contract Services Team.

About the role

The Contract Services Team is the main link between our Sales business and support function. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales teams in Barcelona & Madrid to ensure we deliver the best customer service possible.

As a Contract Services Consultant, you are responsible for ensuring contracts are set up correctly, Client details are entered accurately, and contracts are sent out on time. You will support our Customers and Sales team with questions they have and make sure that important information is up to date.

The position is part of the Global Operations Team. Different team members in the team contribute to various specialized projects to ensure we utilize the unique skills that each team member contributes.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will act as the customer\'s trusted advisor and advocate. The key to success in this role is to build and grow an ongoing healthy relationship with each customer, preserve our current business, and grow our customers into life-long partners.
  • You will play a key role in growing and developing our existing customers.
  • Identify trends in the feedback we receive from our customers, collaborate with different internal teams to bring attention to these trends, and work on continuous improvement projects
  • Educating and training colleagues on crucial information and processes to set them up for success
  • Work closely with the management team and create business reporting and analytics

Requirements

  • Writes and speaks fluent Spanish & English

  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent working experience
