We are seeking a high-energy, driven Win-Back Business Development Representative (BDR) with German to join our team. This is a 6-month fixed-term position, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
Strategic Outreach : Execute multi-channel campaigns (calls, emails, social) to reintroduce the value proposition and address past objections.
Understand churn reasons, competitor positioning, and current business needs.
CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of outreach, feedback, and progress in the CRM system such as Salesforce and Outreach.
1–3 years of experience in outbound business development, sales development, or a similar customer-facing role.
~ Proven success in prospecting and breaking into net new accounts using creative, multi-channel outreach.
~ Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
~ Applicants must have fluent or native German and business level English .
~ Based in Valencia , with ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup
