Job Description :

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing client requirements, evaluating market technologies, and leading internal preparations for tenders. They will coordinate with various departments to obtain necessary information and ensure timely completion.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client invitations to bid, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Evaluate market technologies to select optimal OEMs for proposals.
• Lead internal preparation of tenders, coordinating with technicians, procurement, legal, fiscal, estimates, and other departments.
• Address client queries and obtain clarifications as needed.
• Coordinate construction strategies and subcontractor bids with Construction Management.
• Work with partners, OEMs, and subcontractors to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Oversee estimate budget accomplishment and ensure accurate documentation.
• Publish the final proposal, tracking and closing the offer process.
