We’re EBC – a fast-growing global event organiser on a mission to build leading conferences for emerging technologies, Web3, AI and fintech.

We’re passionate about building experiences around the technologies we love — blockchain, crypto, and AI. Our events have gathered 20 000+ people together building the future of technology and we’re just getting started as we continue to expand and scale, with new geographical locations on the horizen. Currently we organize events in Barcelona, London and Abu Dhabi. If you're someone who gets excited about what’s next in tech, this could be the place for you.

We’re looking for experienced freelance Sales Partner (commission-based) to join us and help drive new leads and sponsorships.

Your mission :

Represent EBC as an official external partner

Open new doors by bringing in quality leads and introductions

Close sponsorships, exhibition packages, and partnership deals with leading companies in blockchain, fintech and AI

Build lasting relationships with corporates, startups, investors, and key ecosystem players

Optional sales training & mentoring if you want to sharpen your skills further

Flexible collaboration model :

Focus only on making introductions (earn a set fee per intro that converts)

Or fully close deals (earn a higher commission)

Access to one of the strongest networks in Web3, AI, fintech, and emerging tech

Freedom and autonomy – you manage your time and strategy from wherever you are

Who we're looking for :

Proven B2B sales or business development experience, ideally with tech events or media

Entrepreneurial mindset – you enjoy building your own pipeline and working independently

Excellent relationship builder with strong communication skills in English (other languages a plus)

Passionate about Web3, blockchain, AI, and emerging tech

Flexible – whether you want to make intros, close deals, or both
