Enterprise AEM Backend Developer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior AEM Backend Developer to take on a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-class websites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

This position requires expertise in coding for AEM-based projects, leading and coaching teams of developers to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AEM's underlying technology stack (OSGi, JCR, and Apache Sling), as well as knowledge of Java and Web technologies.

A focus on web security, RESTful Web Services, and quality code design is essential. The ability to communicate effectively with technical and business users is also crucial.

• Develop high-quality code for AEM-based projects.
• Lead and coach teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Estimate development tasks, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
• Perform regular code reviews and share best practices.
• Define release strategies, including branching, Continuous Integration, and development workflows.

Required skills and qualifications include excellent communication skills, 5+ years of experience working in an international organization, extensive experience in AEM-based projects, and deep understanding of AEM's underlying technology stack.

A strong capacity to identify requirements and define technical solutions, along with verbal and written English language skills, is also required.
