Role summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Talent Acquisition & Automation Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruiting operations and excited to explore how technology—especially AI—can improve efficiency and candidate experience. You’ll handle core recruiting tasks like offer letter creation, background checks, and relocation coordination. Beyond that, you’ll partner with Global TA Operations to streamline processes, evaluate tools and vendors, and help implement automation and AI solutions that boost productivity. This role supports full lifecycle TA activities for the EMEA region and contributes to projects that modernize and optimize our operations.
Role expectations
Candidate & Hiring Manager Support
- Partner with TA Partners to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Prepare accurate offer letters and employment contracts for internal and external candidates.
Operational Coordination
Manage the Employee Referral program.Oversee vendor processes, including onboarding, PR / PO creation in SAP and Ariba, and contract execution.Serve as the steward for Talent Acquisition’s knowledge management. Ensuring all processes and training materials are current and accurate which will enable future AI functionality to make information easily accessible for all Align employees.Automation & AI Enablement
Identify opportunities for automation within TA workflows (e.g., scheduling, document generation, compliance tracking).Help implement and maintain AI-driven tools for candidate sourcing, screening, and reporting in collaboration with HRIS teams.Monitor and report on the impact of automation initiatives.Compliance & Data Integrity
Maintain accurate and compliant data in applicant tracking system and human resources information systems (Pinpoint and Workday).Liaise with HR representatives on pre-employment issues and background checks.Project Support
Contribute to TA projects focused on process optimization and technology adoption.Provide guidance and support to team members on new tools and processes.What we're looking for
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or information technology or equivalent experience.2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Human Resources coordination or operations, with exposure to process improvement or HR technology is a plus.Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.Technical Skills
Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems.Experience with automation tools or AI applications in HR is a strong plus.Proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams, and SAP / Ariba preferred.Core Competencies
