The ideal candidate will have a solid background in EASA Part-145 / Part-M / Part-66 requirements, as well as experience in quality assurance and auditing processes.

Main Resposibilities :

  • Support the RCC / RS in the preparation, execution, and closure of external audits from customers and authorities (AESA, UK CAA, BCAA, GCAA, DGCA, ANAC, etc.).
  • Perform compliance reviews with operators, ensuring correct application of procedures in line and base maintenance.
  • Evaluate staff competencies and manage authorizations (F028.1 / F022 / L002), ensuring records are up to date in WEHLA and traceable.
  • Develop, review, and control procedures, forms, and records, including :
  • Initial and continuation training procedures for maintenance personnel.
  • External audits and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) management.
  • Control and evaluation of suppliers, subcontractors, and external services .
  • Collaborate in the update and control of the MOE and its international supplements, including capability lists and scope extensions.
  • Prepare compliance reports and summaries for management, consolidating audit results, findings, and quality KPIs.
  • Participate in training and internal awareness programs on regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.

Requirements :

  • Degree in Aeronautical Technical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in civil aircraft maintenance (aircraft over 5,700 kg) within Quality Assurance.
  • High level of English and Spanish.
  • Training approved by AESA in :
  • Quality Systems.
  • Part-145 Maintenance Organizations.
  • Part-M Continuing Airworthiness Management Organizations (CAMO).
  • Training and experience in Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Occurrence Reporting.
  • Availability to travel.
