We are looking for an Integration & Production Support Specialist with deep technical knowledge and a proven track record in enterprise integration and system stability — ideally within HRIS environments such as Oracle HCM Cloud .

✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• 5 years in integration and technical support , ideally in HRIS environments
• Proven experience in data integration and ETL design .
• Hands-on with OIC or Boomi ; knowledge of Oracle HCM integrations is a strong plus.
• Background in production support and operational stability in enterprise systems.
• Experience with automation tools and monitoring platforms.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BCP) practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical documentation skills
• English and Spanish fluent
