We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Cybersecurity Expert (M365 security, MS Purview) to join our security team. This role involves defining strategies and goals for services in the Purview portal and executing technical implementations to optimize tool usage. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview tools is essential, with a focus on assessing current usage, setting priorities, collaborating with stakeholders, and addressing gaps in risk & compliance, data governance, and data security. Experience with other Microsoft 365 solutions (Microsoft Defender XDR, Entra ID, Intune, etc.) is also valued.Tasks and responsibilities :

Drive collaboration with stakeholders inside and outside IT to meet requirements for Purview services, considering main stakeholders such as HR, Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity community, relevant business lines, and data owners.Assess current usage of Microsoft Purview tools, identify gaps, and work with stakeholders to address them and integrate new tools where applicable.Identify and collaborate with IT departments responsible for Purview services.Lead the strategic implementation of Microsoft Purview as the central data governance solution, ensuring consistent policies, classification, and responsible data stewardship.Support automation of information classification and proactive data protection through scalable tagging and labeling.Manage access control for the Microsoft Purview portal, ensuring responsible permissions, periodic reviews, and documentation.Benchmark and select Purview products, deploying proofs of concept with stakeholders.Provide troubleshooting, support, and ensure seamless service operation.Ensure proper licensing, collaborate on budgeting, and optimize license costs.Establish monitoring processes to align admin activities with security principles and audit requirements.Coordinate discussions with Microsoft regarding Purview-related topics.Participate in projects to enhance security posture across Microsoft 365 solutions, including Data Loss Prevention, Insider Risk Management, and Defender tools.What is in it for you :

10+ years of relevant IT experience and 5+ years working with Microsoft Compliance / Purview solutions and cybersecurity.Proven experience with Microsoft Purview, including implementation and configuration, with certifications like Microsoft SC-400 or SC-401 highly valued.Experience designing and managing Purview policies in complex environments.Knowledge of other Microsoft 365 security solutions (Defender Suite, Information Protection, Insider Risk Management).Advanced English skills, with strong communication and negotiation abilities.Additionally :
