Fly with us into the future and become part of the team at one of the most innovative aircraft manufacturers in the world.Your Tasks- Actively ensure and organize quality services in line with Pilatus standards enabling in time and stable delivery of aircraft components to final assembly line- Further develop the on-site quality services in extent and sophistication- Create, handle, and conclude Quality Notifications as well as perform and support Quality Audits- Responsible for Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Implementation as well as liaising with the HQ Quality department- Responsible for creating, maintaining, and changing processes, procedures, and Quality Specifications- Establish, further develop, and implement quality trainings for employees on-siteWith this you convince us- Education in business administration / engineering or quality management would be a plus as well as knowledge of aviation QS / QM standards- Previous experience as a structural assembler or quality inspector, with 5+ years in a metalworking environment, is a strong advantage- Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and interpreting certificates and standards- Fluent in English and Spanish (B2 level);
