As a seasoned professional in global trade operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of commercial contracts and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of agricultural commodities. Your key objectives include :

• Collaborating with the Head of Operations to develop and implement strategic plans for business growth.
• Reviewing commercial contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Coordinating logistics and documentation processes to facilitate smooth vessel movements and settlement transactions.
• Ensuring prompt payment to suppliers and billing of customers according to contractual terms.
• Managing operational risk associated with commercial contracts and identifying potential areas for improvement.
• Communicating effectively with traders, counterparties, and service providers to ensure seamless execution of physical and paper transactions.
