What will your day-to-day look like at Tuio?
As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving the company’s key growth metrics and executing acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives with an analytical mindset. You’ll work cross-functionally with the product, AI, marketing, and operations teams to accelerate Tuio’s growth in a sustainable and scalable way.
You will :
Define, build, and execute the growth strategy for new B2C products launching throughout 2026 — from initial validation to scalability.
Research, analyze, and launch initiatives to seize new B2C growth opportunities in a changing landscape, marked by the emergence of LLMs as new discovery and search channels.
Design, prioritize, and execute an experimentation backlog (A / B tests, new channels, onboarding improvements, pricing, etc.) based on deep knowledge of our customers and their behavior.
Work hand in hand with the AI / Data team to build analytical models, agentic processes, or AI agents that help optimize business decisions.
Collaborate closely with the product team to improve conversion and user experience throughout the entire funnel — always incorporating user feedback.
Manage paid marketing campaigns (PPC, social, etc.) with an analytical approach, applying AI automations to achieve the optimal balance between ROAS and growth speed.
Track and report key growth metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV, churn, retention, etc.) to the executive committee.
You’re who we’re looking for if…
You have 2–3 years of experience in strategic consulting (ideally at firms like BCG, McKinsey, Bain…).
You are motivated by working in a startup environment, with autonomy, impact, and high exposure to the founding team.
You are highly analytical and experienced in end-to-end analysis — drawing actionable conclusions and presenting results clearly and concisely.
You’re not afraid of code — we won’t ask you to program, but you should be able to ask an LLM to help you code and execute a complex data analysis (and have the judgment to evaluate the results).
You have a growth mindset, curiosity to learn, and enjoy getting hands-on to launch initiatives.
You’ll stand out if…
You’ve had exposure to growth, digital marketing, or business development projects.
You’ve built and played around with AI agents in your spare time (not just a simple GPT in chatGPT).
You have a thesis on the future of digital marketing in search engines after the emergence of LLM-based search.
You have experience with analytics and experimentation tools.
You’ve designed and executed paid acquisition or CRM campaigns.
