This is an exciting opportunity for a versatile engineer to support the Galileo Engineering team with Galileo Ground Segment SW integration activities.

Galileo is Europe's Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS), the #EUSpace flagship programme, funded and owned by the EU, providing accurate positioning and timing information.

CETRA BASE is currently looking for one SW Engineer profile to be part of the Galileo Engineering team.

The position is based in San Martín de la Vega, Madrid.

Responsibilities

• Ground Segment integration based on customer requirements
• Ground Segment verification and validation
• SW installation and configuration on Windows and Linux environments
• SW functional analysis
• Test procedure execution
• SW anomalies analysis and troubleshooting
• To provide Technical Support to all activities
• To support on site coordination to identify and mitigate current issues

Qualifications

Security

In line with security requirements of the project the candidate shall be a citizen of a European Union state.

This position requires the candidate to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
