Customer Advisor Dutch

Overview

Do you speak Dutch and at least also English? Are you passionate about being on the front line of customer service, answering customer inquiries? If so, seize this opportunity now! We are looking for Customer Advisors to join our Customer Service Department.

What will you do? As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, communicating with them via email, phone, or chat. Your role involves accurately addressing a wide range of questions and translating issues into effective solutions. You will make informed decisions, provide proactive advice, and assist customers across Europe in creating the perfect ambiance in their homes. This will be achieved through your growing technical knowledge of our lighting products. Additionally, you will thoroughly record customer data and manage orders, shipments, and returns or warranty claims in our CRM system. You will receive initial training from a colleague before starting to work independently.

Job requirements

• We are looking for you, because you...
• are communicative and have a knack for smooth conversations;
• have prior experience as a customer service representative;
• are proficient with systems (preferably Salesforce) and excel at multitasking;
• are fluent in Dutch and you are at least also solid in English;
• would be a standout candidate if you are fluent in an additional language of the list of additional languages below;
• handle stress well and remain composed under pressure;
• are patient, a good listener, and possess commercial insight;
• have a Spanish Social Security Number and / or a NIE - without it, you cannot start working for us!

What we offer

Working arrangements

For full-time employment, 40 hours per week, you will work 5 days of 8 hours spread over Monday to Saturday from 08 : 00 - 17 : 00 or 09 : 00 - 18 : 00 (one free hour). Some markets may not require Saturday work and Sundays or national holidays may also be possible; in that case you will receive an extra allowance or extra free days. Sundays or national holidays are always voluntary.
