Junior Customer Operations Specialist

The project As a Customer Operations Specialist you will be part of our dynamic Wholesale Customer Service team within our Operations department, servicing Wholesale customers and coordinating with third parties. You will follow up the end-to-end order-to-cash process for B2B and Consignment customers across Europe.

What will the role entail? Order management : entry, tracking, and full order-to-cash process oversight.

Order book administration and conversion of orders into invoicing.

Invoice issuance and monitoring.

Stock control and product availability coordination.

Handling and resolving wholesale customer inquiries.

Providing support and communication to sales agents.

Responding to internal stakeholders’ queries (Sales, Logistics, etc.).

Coordination with partners and distributors across Europe.

Managing wholesale customers’ complaints and returns.

Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Logistics, and Finance (AR).
