We are seeking an experienced IT talent acquisition specialist to join our team in Madrid.

Job Description :

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes for freelance IT consultants, proactively sourcing and building a talent pipeline in a fast-growing sector, maintaining direct contact with candidates, screening, evaluating profiles, and managing the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience recruiting IT profiles, be a native Portuguese speaker with fluent English and Spanish, goal-oriented and motivated by results, enthusiastic, ambitious, and proactive attitude.
