Ability to bridge business, IT, and external vendors. Strong soft skills : communication, autonomy, and product vision. English B2+ / C1 (daily use). Degree in Engineering, IT, or similar. 5+ years of solid Salesforce experience Deep knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and advanced configuration. Experience in complex integrations (SAP highly valued). Experience in international environments and with external vendors. Background in consulting or large IT ecosystems. Knowledge of SAP or complex integrations. Madrid . Hybrid : 3 days onsite + 2 remote.
We are supporting an international end client in their search for a highly experienced Salesforce Solution Lead with a strong technical-functional profile.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and define Salesforce architectures aligned with business objectives.
- Propose scalable, simple technical solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds.
- Lead integration projects (e.g., SAP or other ERP systems).
- Act as a technical reference : validate decisions, ensure quality, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage maintenance and enhancement projects, progressively moving to large-scale strategic initiatives.
