Job Title : Technical Solutions Specialist Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network planning and design, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities Participate in the planning and execution of technical and pre-sales activities;
Analyze competitor products and solutions;
Select and win projects for industry products / solutions;
Provide technical support to partners, including training and key project support;

Plan and present technical demos or POCs.

Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, or a related field;

At least 3 years of experience in pre-sales roles, preferably in education, healthcare, government, or large enterprise industries;

Excellent customer communication and presentation skills, with strong document writing and presentation skills;

Good understanding of network technologies, with certifications such as CCIE or CCNP being a plus;

Ability to plan and design networks, configure POCs, and demonstrate products / solutions;

Fluent English language skills, with good coordination and persuasion skills.
