Role Description We are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer & Developer to join our growing team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Badalona with flexibility for remote work. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications and software systems that power financial solutions.

You will work on both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality performance. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects using the latest Microsoft, AI, and cloud technologies in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications and software systems

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end

Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and business stakeholders

Engage with clients to understand requirements, present solutions, and build strong relationships

Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to improve development processes

Contribute to architecture design and propose innovative technical solutions

Required Qualifications Strong proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Front-End Development

Proven experience in Software Development and Full-Stack Development

Knowledge of Azure and Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET)

Ability to write clean, functional code across the stack

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Nice to Have : Experience in the financial services or fintech industry

Desired Skills Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Proficiency in React for front-end development

Experience with AI-driven solutions and Machine Learning integration

Strong SQL knowledge for data management and analytics

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, cloud-native architecture, and DevOps practices

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to interact with clients and stakeholders
