About the Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with strong experience in campaigns, activations, packaging, and in-store communication (POSM) . This role requires someone with a solid understanding of how global brands are brought to life across markets : from adapting master assets to creating original concepts that connect with local audiences.
You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, trade, and creative teams to design and deliver high-quality visual assets that align with brand strategy and business objectives.
Fluency in English is essential, as you’ll work within an international environment and liaise with regional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and adapt visual materials for brand campaigns, activations, events, and retail environments .
- Create print-ready artwork for packaging, POSM (point-of-sale materials), display units, and signage .
- Execute brand adaptations from global toolkits to local markets, ensuring consistency and visual impact.
- Collaborate with marketing and trade teams to develop campaign key visuals and rollout assets.
- Prepare and manage final artworks, ensuring compliance with print and production specifications.
- Support the creation of digital and social media assets aligned with overall campaign messaging.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure cohesive identity across all touchpoints.
Requirements
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field .3–5 years of experience in design within FMCG, lifestyle, retail, or agency environments .Proven expertise in packaging, print design, POSM production, and brand adaptation .Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) .Solid understanding of production processes, materials, and color management .Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.A portfolio showcasing creative range and precise execution across print and campaign work.Familiarity with AI-based design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, Runway) and openness to integrating AI into the creative workflow.Nice to Have
Experience in 3D mockups, structural packaging, or digital adaptation (After Effects, Figma, Key Visual development).Familiarity with retail environments and shopper marketing .Experience working with global brands and cross-functional international teams .What We Offer
