Client Onboarding Specialist

Avirato Collado-Villalba, Community of Madrid, Spain

Location : In‑office Collado Villalba – Madrid (some remote work possible after probation period)

Eligibility : Fluency in English & Spanish (100%). Must live in or near the workplace.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead new clients through a smooth and customized onboarding journey using our Property Management System (PMS).
  • Conduct training sessions to teach clients how to make the most of our booking tools and software features.
  • Offer post‑onboarding support : resolve technical questions, guide users, and provide continuous assistance.
  • Work hand‑in‑hand with our Sales, Support, and Product teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed, ensuring fast and efficient resolution.
  • Collect and share user feedback to help improve our software and customer service.

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of experience in a customer‑facing role (hospitality industry preferred).
  • Familiarity with PMS systems and the hotel or vacation rental business.
  • Excellent communication skills – patient, proactive, and supportive.
  • Strong technical ability to understand and explain software features.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while staying organized and detail‑oriented.
  • Experience with CRM, project management tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in Spanish & English – this is a must!
  • Additional languages are a plus.
