Main responsibilities

• Monitoring and forecasting stock levels
• Making and monitoring yearly purchase forecasts
• Maintaining safety stocks
• Producing reports and statistics of sales, purchases, and stock levels
• Continuously improving purchasing methods and procedures to optimize costs, simplify internal processes, and support brand development
• Initiating, establishing, and developing good relationships with existing suppliers
• Preparing and processing purchase orders
• Negotiating transport pricing
• Managing logistics and transport
• Controlling and administering payments and invoices
• Supporting our Product Management team
• Integrating new purchasing tools
• Assisting the COO
