The Engine Project Manager role involves overseeing the resolution of engine-related issues and risks within a portfolio of product changes.

This position requires coordinating with various functions to identify and implement preventive and corrective solutions, ensuring timely delivery within agreed timeframes.

Main Responsibilities :

Develop integrated solutions to mitigate engine-related issues and risks

Lead the resolution of allocated issues to solution implementations within the Programme timeframe

Manage product changes efficiently within established deadlines

Key Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in Programme Management

Training in Programme Management tools and methodologies

Strong background in aeronautical engines or related fields

Familiarity with industry-specific tools and technologies (e.g., TP400)

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Fluent in English

Required Expertise

Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies

Ability to drive projects forward with limited guidance

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Capacity for teamwork and collaboration
