About The Function

Our Sales team loves building relationships, connecting with customers to sell our much-loved brands in new and vibrant markets where they can thrive. They help sell our iconic brands across 180 countries every year. We\'re operating across different markets, channels, and areas of expertise. Mission

Execute the On Trade commercial strategy in your designated area to generate volume and profitability in strategic clients that deliver scalable experiences. Ensure optimal coverage of key Hospitality Points of Sale (POS) in the assigned territory, maximizing the management of this hospitality network to achieve sustainable growth objectives through increased distribution and rotation of our brands by executing activation plans that impact consumers and establishing preferential relationships with these clients at all levels of their organization.

Main responsibilities

  • Deliver the designated area (route) performance and KPIs through consistent monitoring and measurement
  • Suggest improvement plans to reach the desired goals
  • Collaborate with RTM to reach Diageo\'s goals in the area
  • Ensure direct and continuous coverage of the assigned portfolio
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers at the point of sale (Owner, Bartender, Floor Manager)
  • Guarantee 365 execution and ensure distribution
  • Identify opportunities to secure incremental sales
  • Execute brilliant activations and events to strengthen brand positioning and recruit new consumers
  • Conduct operational planning for Hospitality Points of Sale in the assigned territory
  • Act as a strategic advisor to optimize the portfolio at each point of sale
  • Build and track sustainable JBPs (Joint Business Plans) focused on volume commitments, visibility, execution, and amplification
  • Manage commercial relationships between Diageo and the managers of hospitality POS in the client portfolio
  • Drive sales and visibility of our brands in POS to increase product rotation in the market
  • Execute the monthly work plan, planning visits with frequency by client type and objectives for each visit, ensuring interaction at all levels of the Hospitality POS

About You

  • Passion for sales and eagerness to grow in the spirits sector
  • Analytical skills and commercial acumen
  • Strong desire to learn and grow within a large company
  • Valid driver\'s license in Spain (minimum 1 year experience driving)
  • Languages : Intermediate English (B1) and fluent Spanish
  • Experience in the hospitality channel would be a plus
  • Location : Málaga
