Information Technology Associate

KRKA FARMACÉUTICA, S.L., a member of multinational pharmaceutical company Krka, present in over 70 countries and leader in the production and distribution of medicines, is looking for IT Associate.Major tasks and duties : - Cooperating with the central IT team of the Krka Group in development, implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure (CRM, ERP, Document Management Center)- Participating and leading local development of IT systems and other technical projects- Train end-users on HW functionalities, SW applications and IT security- Act as local help desk, providing technical support for IT systems to users and report incidents / requests to central service desk- Cooperating in procurement of IT equipment (hardware, network, mobile, system applications)- Setting up and updating local IT procedures according to the Krka Group policies and standards- Technical support in the preparation of operational reportsWe expect application from candidates who have : - High energy and drive to make a difference- Some years of work experience in similar positions- Proficient in MS Office applications and good understanding of CRM / ERP (Dynamics 365 Business Central) systems- Very good English and good communication skillsIf you would like to join our team please attach your English CV when applying for the position.
