Senior IT System Administrator (m / f / d)

The IT Operations department forms the backbone of our IT infrastructure and ensures that our systems run smoothly and reliably to support our renewable energy projects. Our teams work hand in hand to implement innovative technologies and provide efficient, process-oriented software solutions. Responsibilities

Working in daily ticket support (1st and 2nd level for servers and infrastructure)

Preparing and implementing IT changes in operations

Taking on day-to-day administrative tasks in the infrastructure area, such as regular checks and evaluating the monitoring systems

Performing maintenance and updates of systems and infrastructure components

Documenting the existing systems, including routine work

Supporting the implementation of IT projects

Taking on other activities in the IT Infrastructure Operations team

Qualifications

An IT specialist for system integration or have a comparable qualification

Several years of professional experience in the Microsoft infrastructure environment on-premise and in the M365 cloud

Very familiar with virtualization technologies

Experience with Citrix environments

Good command of written and spoken English

Work in a solution-oriented, independent and structured manner and enjoy working in a team
