Job Title The role of a Chef de Partie is to be an integral part of the culinary team, responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective preparation of dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and portion controls.
Set up and maintain stations with the appropriate utensils and equipment.
Ensure timely preparation of all food items at the lowest level.
Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
Assist in opening and closing of the kitchen.
Skills and Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience as a Line Cook or 2 years in the F&B industry.
Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management preferred, or accumulated years of experience.
Excellent multi-tasking skills, able to cope under pressure, and good written and oral communication skills.
Personal Qualities High commitment to ethics and confidentiality.
Team player with a strong work ethic.
Neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
Language Requirements Good command of English. Arabic is a plus.
