As Senior Medical Expert, Clinical Sciences, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of dermatological treatments by driving clinical excellence and medical strategy across our development programs.

Your Impact As a senior medical leader in our clinical development team, you will :

Work as part of a diverse team accountable for the design, implementation, execution, and submission / approval of a Clinical Development Plan to support decision milestones, regulatory requirements, and budget targets

Provide medical strategy (i.e. medical rationale, objectives and end points) to clinical development protocols, plans, study outlines, investigator brochures, briefing packages, and other documentation as required

Serve as disease area scientific and medical expert with external stakeholders (regulatory authorities, CROs, key opinion leaders, advisory boards, patient advocacy groups) and internal stakeholders (Research, Global Medical Affairs, Marketing, HE&OR)

Support ongoing review of clinical trial safety data, final analysis, and interpretation in collaboration with development team members

Lead the development and execution of medical input to the Clinical Development Plan (CDP), Target Product Profile (TPP) and protocol development

Advise investigators and / or CROs on medically relevant questions emerging during study execution

Support Clinical Development team for medical / scientific aspects of data review, SSRM, coding, edit checks, CRF, DMC, and other study documents

Evaluate continuously the drug benefit risk profile, including aspects relevant to patients in clinical studies and external stakeholders (e.g., health authorities) in collaboration with Global Safety

Plan and execute publication and clinical communication strategy in conjunction with Clinical and Medical Affairs

Act as functional lead of medical experts supporting studies or other activities contributing to the overall medical project(s)

Required Qualifications & Experience

Medical Degree (Dermatology specialization preferred; Immunology & Inflammation or Rheumatology)

10+ years of experience in clinical development, ideally in dermatology or related therapeutic areas

Proven track record of leading clinical strategy and execution across global programs

Strong analytical and strategic thinking

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High learning agility and adaptability

Fluent in English (oral and written)
