Lead Bar Manager

Job Description :

Are you a results-driven professional with excellent leadership and organizational skills? We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, maintaining inventory and cost controls, and driving profitability while maintaining a lively and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures.

Supervise day-to-day activities.

Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control while focusing on creative revenue generation solutions to maximize profit.

Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise bar staff.

Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment.

Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.

Coach, lead and develop restaurant team.

Communicates with vendors and supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels.

Control costs and minimize waste through portion control and effective inventory management.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktails.

Staff training and development.

Scheduling and shift planning.

Conflict resolution and team motivation.

Ability to lead by example under pressure.

Cost control and budgeting.

Inventory management and ordering.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and complaint resolution abilities.

$65, 000 to $74, 000 based on experience.
