PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Development of Crop Sciences GEP Activities in Europe
- Sales and Customer Contract development

Leading Sales and Development ActivityIdentifying existing and future market activitiesIdentifying and approaching all sector customers and potential customersLeading European GEP business focusAttending industry events to promote SGS servicesPromoting the company's image, capability, and integrity to Product-line CustomersCollaborating with the NR Marketing Manager on publicity and media distributionSeeking additional opportunities and offering new services to clientsFinding new business and increasing revenue in this sectorInnovating ways to deliver better service to the Regional Customer baseManaging projects for clients requiring customized servicesWorking with Crop Science Country Business Managers for consistent service deliveryCollaborating with International Sales / Business Development Managers for a unified global approachIdentifying gaps and working with management to explore new opportunities and potential acquisitionsPromoting and implementing new service innovationsDeveloping regional strategies and Business Development ProgramsWorking with Study Directors and Country Managers to identify training and operational improvementsFocusing on customer-centric service solutionsProviding Key Account Management for designated customersServing as a primary contact point for clients when neededCreating customized service proposals with team supportStandardizing commercial approaches to Key AccountsEvaluating statistical data and presenting results to clientsRepresenting the voice of the customer within SGSOTHER ACTIVITIES

Qualifications
PROFILE
Over 10 years' experience in Crop Sciences / Consultancy / TIC Industry Commercial RolesDegree or Master’s level educationProven success in sales and business developmentStrong reputation with senior industry stakeholdersKnowledge of GLP Crop Sciences Operations and Testing RequirementsLeadership and People Management skillsREQUIRED SKILLS
