We’re looking for an experienced and visionary Area Lead to take ownership of our Content Delivery Network (CDN) product development. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll oversee the strategic direction, technical execution, and operational excellence of our CDN offerings, reporting directly to the VP of Engineering.

Your Mission

You’ll lead three distinct Chapters — CDN Classic, New CDN Generation, and CDN Innovation — guiding a team of 14 highly skilled engineers working across remote and hybrid setups. Your role will be central to shaping the future of our CDN products, with a strong focus on innovation, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership :

Define and execute the technical strategy and roadmap for all CDN product lines, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.

Lead, mentor, and empower three Chapter Leads. Foster a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and collaboration. Oversee resource allocation, performance reviews, and career development.

CDN Classic : Provide strategic oversight for our Vietnam-based team, ensuring quality delivery and effective collaboration.

Guide architectural decisions for C++ systems. Promote best practices in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes deployments, and on-premises infrastructure.

Work closely with Product Management, Operations, Sales, and other engineering areas to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure seamless product delivery.

Establish and monitor KPIs for team performance, product quality, and operational efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
