Growth and Operations Manager (iGaming)

Our client, a leading global iGaming company, is expanding and seeking a Growth and Operations Manager who can combine strategic vision with hands‑on leadership. This is a key role for driving market growth while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s operations in newly regulated European markets with full responsibility for strategy, performance, and local compliance.
• Manage all aspects of business setup and legal alignment with the gaming regulations (particularly the Albanian market).
• Establish strong relationships with local authorities, payment providers, and key business partners.
• Supervise marketing initiatives, localisation efforts, and commercial negotiations.
• Provide leadership to finance, legal, and marketing functions in coordination with group management.
• Ensure that all corporate, tax, and operational matters are handled accurately and transparently.
• Oversee P&L, define budgets, and report market performance to global headquarters.
• Support the executive team and owners by securing local compliance and operational efficiency.
