It’s the ability to tap into true direct access – inventory that’s never been on any OTA; real control over availability, pricing, hotel value adds, and dynamic AI merchandising with configurable perks. After 20 years in a locked ecosystem, partners can finally turn travel into a branded margin-positive differentiator that builds loyalty – and wins. Role Overview
Do you want to be a part of reshaping the travel ecosystem? We’re looking for a highly motivated Head of Product to lead Nuitée’s next-generation distribution optimization platform.
You will define the vision, strategy and execution for tools that give hoteliers total visibility and control over their distribution – helping them to capture more demand, more profitably. This includes price match capabilities, revenue management systems, inventory management tools and AI-driven promotional features.
This role goes beyond building great technology – it’s about reframing how the industry thinks about distribution economics. You’ll define what ‘valuable demand’ means for hotels and Nuitée partners, build systems that measure and optimize partner quality and translate those insights into smarter, more profitable distribution decisions. You’ll help to rethink long-standing assumptions around rate parity, margin, and partner value, designing tools that balance demand-side opportunity with hotel-side strategy.
You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, data, science, design and operations teams to deliver innovative distribution solutions that improve performance, empower hotels and strengthen Nuitée’s partner ecosystem.
Main Responsibilities
Strategy and Problem Solving
- Define and evolve the product vision to optimize hotel visibility, control and profitability.
- Identify and solve key problems and opportunities such as fragmented distribution, inefficient pricing strategies and rate spaghetti, limited revenue insight and how to think through targeted demand.
- Develop frameworks and systems that assess the quality and value of demand partners – who they are, what they bring, and how that value should feed into rate and inventory decisions.
- Challenge and re-think industry-wide assumptions on rates, parity and pricing structures to align incentives across hotels and demand partners.
- Define and track success metrics focused on engagement, quality and business impact.
- Identify new opportunities to integrate AI and automation into revenue management and distribution.
Product Development and Delivery
Define the roadmap and lead prioritization against key initiatives such as empowering hotels to capture more profitable demand channels and rates, providing hotels with best-in-class data to derive revenue management insights and actions, helping hotels to drive incremental demand through targeted offer, and ensuring a seamless experience across the board. reconciliation, white label credit cards and AI-powered booking and concierge agents.Work closely and partner with engineering, design, operations, data and science teams to deliver quality features at pace and on time.Own end-to-end product lifecycle – ideation → launch → iteration.Drive quality assurance and measure success through engagement and conversion metrics.Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with sales, onboarding and operations teams to improve the partner experience.Collaborate with marketing to communicate product capabilities and success stories.Actively communicate strategy, roadmap, progress and decisions across internal stakeholders and senior leadership.Requirements
7+ years of product management experience, ideally within B2B, API-first, SaaS, hospitality or travel tech.Proven experience defining and leveraging demand partner value metrics within a marketplace or platform products.Great experience with AI-driven tools or automation in revenue management contexts is a strong plus.Proven ability to define, measure and optimize key metrics such as engagement, revenue uplift and conversion.Excellent communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills.Data-driven, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, product-led environment.Experience building and scaling enterprise or platform products that drive measurable business outcomes.Proactive, curious, and collaborative – you bring clarity to ambiguity.What We Offer
