Innovative AI Module Lead

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Leader to drive the development of an innovative AI module for a key air transport industry application.

As a seasoned expert in AI and Python, you will define and manage the product technical roadmap, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure optimized solutions meeting safety and operational standards.

You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, overseeing new developments, and contributing expertise to other AI-related products when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years AI product development experience with Python, including project or team leadership.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
