Supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety, and quality requirements. Ensure adherence to all contractual obligations and project documentation. Monitor the performance of contractors and subcontractors. Conduct regular site inspections and promptly resolve technical or operational issues. Guarantee compliance with local and international safety standards. Manage project budgets and monitor economic performance. Promote a strong culture of safety and operational excellence. An IPP in the renewable energy sector, with solid global presence is seeking a Project Manager to join the team :
Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
- Master's degree in Renewable Energies or similar is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or construction of renewable energy projects.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- High level of English (written and spoken).
