Growth Account Executive (German Market)
We’re looking for a Growth Account Executive who’ll leverage their industry knowledge and product expertise to match customers with the best solutions and drive adoption of new Revolut Business features in the German market.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conducting analytical assessment of assigned accounts to uncover opportunities and deepen customer relationships via a solution-based sales approach
- Building rapport with customers by completing discovery check-ins and follow-ups
- Understanding where each Revolut Business feature fits into the competitive landscape to effectively communicate our value proposition
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets in line with the team’s KPIs
What You'll Need
Fluency in English and GermanExcellent communication skills and articulation over the phone and email2+ years of sales / commercial experience, ideally in a B2B environmentThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentA proven track record in telesales or account management, demonstrating success in achieving sales targetsExcellent project management and problem-solving skillsAn analytical mindset to spot opportunities that others would missAdeptness at building and maintaining client relationshipsA deep understanding of Revolut Business products to become the go-to resource for your teamAdvanced experience in pricing strategies and negotiation, beyond basic sales techniques, with the ability to influence stakeholdersAbout Revolut
